SendItPlease started with a simple observation — creators were leaving thousands of potential conversations on the table every time someone commented on their posts. We built the tool we wished existed.

In 2025, we were helping a creator manage her Instagram account. She had a post asking followers to comment a keyword to get her free guide. Within an hour, over 300 comments had come in. She was manually copying Instagram usernames and DMing each one. Her wrists hurt. She missed half of them.
The tools that existed were either too expensive for solo creators, required technical setup, or were so bloated with AI features that the core use-case — send a DM when someone comments — was buried. We also noticed that most tools charged based on subscriber or follower count, which punished growth.
